Free Extraction Nucleic Acid Preservation Kit  
（One Step for Preservation & Extraction）

● The extraction of high concentration DNA & RNA will be achieved after heat treatment of the specimen. The preservation solution could be directly used for the next PCR process.
● DNA and RNA samples can be preserved without degradation within 7 days at room temperature to ensure sample quality.
● Preservation solution has no inhibition on PCR reaction.
● Effectively inactivate pathogens, such as viruses and bacteria without risk of biological safety.

1. Put the sample tubes into incubator at 65°C for 30 minutes.
2. Transfer the sample tubes into the metal thermostatic bath at 100°C for 10 minutes.
3. Test directly on PCR analyzer after extraction.

The same sample has been stored in the preservation solution at room temperature for 1, 2, 4, and 7 days respectively, and then tested by COVID-19 reagent kit. The curve in the figure stands for internal standard curve, which proves that the protective extraction reagent has protected the nucleic acid in the sample completely and no inhibition on PCR reaction.
